Orders and delivery

How long does delivery take?
UK orders are typically delivered within 7 to 12 working days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel ships.

Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. Delivery is free on all UK orders over £50. Orders under £50 are charged a flat £3.95.

Do you ship outside the UK?
Not yet. We are working on EU and US delivery and will announce it to our newsletter first.

Returns and exchanges

What is your returns policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return on unworn items with tags attached. Email us with your order number and we will send instructions.

Can I exchange for a different size or colour?
Yes. Contact us within 14 days and we will arrange the exchange, subject to stock.

Products

What sizes do your abayas and dresses come in?
Most styles run from 52 to 60 in length (approximately UK 6 to 20). Each product page has a size guide with measurements in centimetres.

How do I care for modal and nida fabrics?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, or hand wash. Hang to dry away from direct sunlight and iron on low if needed.

Are your hijabs opaque?
Our modal and jersey hijabs are fully opaque. Chiffon hijabs are lightweight and best worn with an under-cap, which we sell in matching colours.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. All payments are processed securely and we never store your card details.
